Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

Pre-orders are subject to the estimated arrival timeframe stated on each product listing. A 5% cancellation fee applies to customer-requested cancellations made before the estimated arrival timeframe has expired, where permitted by law. If the estimated timeframe passes and the customer does not agree to a revised timeframe, the customer may cancel for a full refund without a cancellation fee. If we are unable to fulfill a pre-order, a full refund will be issued. All cancellations remain subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
