Shipping Policy – Parfums De Reve

At Parfums De Reve, we aim to process and ship all orders quickly, securely, and with full transparency. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


1. Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using trusted carriers including USPS and UPS. The carrier is selected based on destination, package size, and service availability.


2. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully verified.

  • Orders are processed on weekends and holidays
  • During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days
  • Orders flagged for fraud prevention or verification may be delayed or canceled

3. Shipping & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, or external factors may impact delivery.


4. Address Accuracy 

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
  • Orders returned due to incorrect address will require additional shipping fees to be reshipped

5. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • All orders include tracking and delivery confirmation
  • Some orders may require signature confirmation at delivery

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery
  • Customers should contact the carrier directly to open an investigation if needed
  • Claims of non-receipt must be reported within 48 hours of delivery status

7. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the package, label, and product damage
  • Failure to provide evidence may result in denial of the claim

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

By placing an order, you agree:

  • A chargeback will be considered fraudulent if tracking confirms delivery to the provided address
  • We reserve the right to dispute all chargebacks with proof of delivery, tracking, and customer agreement to this policy
  • Customers must contact us first to resolve any issue before filing a dispute

9. High-Risk Orders

For fraud prevention, we reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or hold orders flagged as high-risk
  • Require additional verification (ID or billing confirmation)
  • Require signature confirmation on delivery

10. Shipping Insurance (Recommended)

Optional shipping insurance is available to purchase.

  • Orders with basic insurance are only covered for up to $100 with basic insurance.
