Pre-Order & Cancellation Policy

At Parfums de Reve, we offer pre-orders on select fragrances to give our customers the opportunity to secure highly requested and exclusive items before they arrive in stock.

Pre-Order Timeframes

Each pre-order product includes an estimated arrival timeframe clearly stated in its description. These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by supplier availability, international shipping, customs clearance, or other unforeseen delays.

5% Pre-Order Cancellation Fee

A 5% cancellation fee applies to customer-requested cancellations made before the stated estimated arrival timeframe has expired, where permitted by applicable law.

The fee is calculated based on the total purchase price of the pre-ordered item(s), excluding taxes and shipping charges. The remaining eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

This fee helps cover payment processing, administrative expenses, and costs associated with reserving inventory specifically for pre-orders.

Cancellations After the Estimated Arrival Timeframe

If a pre-order is delayed beyond its originally stated estimated arrival timeframe, customers may request a full refund without the 5% cancellation fee if they do not agree to an extended timeframe.

Supplier Delays & Unavailable Products

While we make every effort to fulfill pre-orders within the estimated timeframe, unexpected delays may occur. If we are unable to fulfill an order, customers will receive a full refund.

Pre-Order Shipping

Pre-ordered fragrances are shipped as soon as they arrive at our facility and are processed for dispatch. Tracking information will be provided once a shipping label is generated.

Important Notice

By placing a pre-order, customers acknowledge the estimated arrival timeframe and the applicable cancellation terms disclosed before purchase. Nothing in this policy limits cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law.
